My name is Nikola and I am mainly a father of two who is passionate about training and learning as much as I can about everything related to it. I have a training background in football and running, now Crossfit and Olympic lifting are my passion. Exercise and fitness are a way of life for me.

Via the chat function in the app, you can write to me and I'm only a few button presses away. I aim to respond as soon as I can.

Video analysis

Feedback through video analysis from your own training sessions to improve your technique and thus your results. This happens weekly.

The consultation is always free!

Choose between training 1, 2 or 3 times a week for 3, 6 or 12 months. The more occasions over a longer period of time, the cheaper the price per hour. If you don't know how long you need to reach your goals, I will help you choose what suits you best.

  • Do I have to have a membership at the FNF Athletic Center to train with you?
    You do not need to be a member of the FNF Athletic Center to train with me. We can hold our sessions at the gym whether you are a member or not.
  • Can we practice during the weekend?
    Yes, absolutely. I'm pretty flexible.
  • How long is a pass?
    A session is 55 minutes long.
  • When do I get access to the programs?
    No later than 48 hours after the start date. I will adjust these programs over time as you make progress, set new goals, or encounter obstacles.
  • How and where do we get in touch?
    Via the chat function in the app and through our weekly follow-up calls (this is also individualized). I usually respond within 24 hours. Most questions and reflections are addressed in our weekly check-ins. The most important thing is your success, I set aside the time needed for you to reach your goals.
  • Why should everyone have a personal trainer?
    First and foremost to have someone with the right knowledge who can make a plan and pave the way in the right direction. Often people feel stuck or don't know how to achieve their goals and desired results and doubt whether it is possible. That's where I come into the picture. Then we have the question of responsibility, no matter how much we think we can do or know, there is often always room for improvement. In a workplace, we have someone to report to who keeps us in check. We rarely do the same when it comes to our personal goals and tasks, which makes it easy to shelve things or skip them to "later." I myself also have responsible partners who ensure that I perform and maintain a high standard.
